SZL series double drums boiler is horizontal type large capacity water tube boiler with high steam quality. Compare with the previous boiler, the new type SZL boiler adopts membrane water cooling wall, low thermal inertia design, and water cooling combustion chamber. Boiler with steam capacity lower than 4t/h is fast assembly water tube structure, the boiler with steam capacity between 6~25t/h is consisted of upper part (boiler heating part) and lower part (combustion equipment). This series boiler has reached the international advanced level on technology and performance, has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, short install period, low cost, and environmental protect.

  • 1. Furnace with water-cooling chamber. The left and right membrane walls reach the upper surface of grate, constitute water-cooling chamber together with the front and back water-cooling arches, increases the furnace radiation heating area, improves the output efficiency and thermal efficiency.

     2. Innovative back-arch structure. The tubes come from the bottom of boiler barrel constitute the back-arch together with the both sides headers, solves the problem that lift the boiler height when layout the water-cooling arch, which leads to the waste of boiler’s space.

     3. Boiler design with low thermal inertia. Thanks to the innovative water-cooling sealing chamber and the artful back-arch structure, the structure is more compact, the furnace radiation heating area increases more than 50%. The thermal inertia decreases 70% with the use of light furnace wall. Not only the output improved, the combustion efficiency is higher, also the load regulation is more flexible.

     4. Water cooling sealing structure on membrane wall. Good sealed and air tight, decrease the radiation loss and smoke heat loss, increase the thermal efficiency and improve the working environment.

     5. The air inlet at both sides of the grate and the air damper installed in the air chamber can accurately adjust the air distribution of the coal combustion in each stage, so that the air distribution in the fire bed is even, so as to facilitate the coal combustion.
