DZL single drum horizontal chain grate biomass boiler adopts arch tube plate and thread smoke tube to form the drum, which changes the drum from quasi steel body to quasi elastic structure, cancels the brace in the tube plate area and reduces the stress. The smoke pipe in the tube sheet is changed from two return routes to one return route, which solves the problem of crack in the tube sheet.

Due to the arrangement of riser row at the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the sludge is not easy to deposit, the high temperature area of the drum can be well cooled, and the bulge at the lower part of the boiler is prevented. The boiler adopts high-efficiency heat transfer threaded flue gas pipe to enhance the heat transfer effect, achieve the characteristics of rapid temperature rise and pressure rise of the boiler, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

    1. The splayed wall and outlet chimney in the furnace have the function of dust reduction, which makes the original dust concentration of the boiler be controlled below the standard, and ensures that the smoke emission of the boiler reaches the national environmental protection index.

    2.The two sides of the boiler are equipped with secondary air, which can effectively organize the volatile part of the fuel to mix with the air, promote the full combustion of the volatile part in the furnace, and improve the fuel burnout efficiency.

    3. The boiler adopts the structure of header, which is located on both sides of the grate and is directly in contact with the burning material layer. As the main heat-absorbing surface at the bottom of the furnace, the purpose is to absorb some heat, adjust the temperature of the fuel layer, prevent coking, and cool the coking slag, which is not bonded to the side wall.
