Introduction

Condensing oil/gas boiler utilizes high efficient flue gas condensation heat recovery device to absorb the boiler back-end sensible heat and latent heat released during water vapor condensation, so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The fuel combustion will produce a large amounts of CO2, NOx and a small amount of SO2, these substances are emitted into the atmosphere and will cause the greenhouse effect or acid rain, which will have destructive effect on the environment. Meanwhile, during the vapor condensation of flue gas, harmful substances in flue gas can be easily removed, therefore, condensing boiler also has important significance to protect the environment.
Condensing oil/gas boiler is designed to reuse the thermal gas (generally at about 140 degrees Celsius)after combustion in the boiler from economizer and condenser, the exhaust gas temperature reaches only 60 degrees Celsius after treatment ,hence the thermal efficiency probably will be increased about 10%, saving about 10% of natural gas correspondingly, during the energy recovery process, it can reduce harmful gas emissions and environmental pollution as well.
Condensing oil/fired boiler is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, textile industry, building materials industry, breeding industry, food and beverage industry, plastic foam industry, printing and washing industry, rubber processing, paper making, wood processing, etc.

2. This series of boiler utilizes excellent design concepts, economizer and condenser are arranged at the rear part, gas waste heat is utilized trapezoidally and absorbed sufficiently, which enhances the boiler efficiency to the maximum.
3. The boiler flue gas adopts integrated triple return design, low resistance and high efficiency.
4. Adopt corrugated furnace structure which not only increases the radiation and convection heat transfer area, but also satisfies the needs of the free expansion of high temperature radiation.
5. Low resistance and high efficiency threaded tube instead of traditional smooth tube to enhance heat transfer, improve the thermal efficiency.
6. The front gas chamber door and the panel adopt double sealing structure with high quality insulation material, which ensures remarkable sealing and thermal insulation performance.
7. Equipped with detachable spring explosion-proof door,not only ensures safe operation, but also can be used as furnace inspection window.
8. Adopt differential pressure detection, variable frequency continuous water supply system, so as to make boiler more stable and improve the boiler efficiency.
9. Intuitive and simple operation interface, running state can be displayed absolutely clearly.
